Returning items will be as follows. If a customer is unhappy with the purchase they have made from this website of (12:23 creations), they have thirty days from the date of payment to make contact. Customer must request a refund, and permission to return said product. 12:23 creations sales products without charging for shipping. The customer is responsible for any  and all charges incurred for shipping product back to 12:23 creations. Refunds for all products will only be refunded upon receiving the returned product in the same condition that it was shipped in. Any claims for products that have been damaged in shipping will be on a case by case basis. Requested returns may need to submit a photo by email before returning product.
